Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of food products, FoodoDaddy does not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, incorrect, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to inspect their order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issues, along with clear photographs and order details for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after verification. FoodoDaddy reserves the right to decline refund or cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
